What is LettiB?+
Ask once. Get one best answer. LettiB is a multi-AI workspace: compare answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and more side by side, then synthesize one best answer. Organize work in projects. Bring your own keys or use managed credits. The free tier includes monthly credits — no API keys required to start.
How does Compare work?+
Ask once. Get one best answer. Open Compare (sidebar, or New on phone). Enter one prompt — it runs on every selected model in parallel. Pick models (Free up to 2, Pro up to 4, Power up to 6), optionally set a project, tone, or AI Team, then click Run Compare. Answers stream side by side. Click Synthesize to merge the strongest points into one final answer.
What is LettiB Synthesis?+
Ask one question, and LettiB sends it to multiple AI models at once. You see every answer side by side. Click Synthesize, and LettiB merges the strongest points from each model into one final answer with source attribution — like having a research team read every response and write the final memo. After comparing, Synthesis is the merge step for one-prompt, many-model runs.
What is Group Synthesis?+
Group Synthesis is a LettiB workspace that gives several AIs different jobs on the same task, then merges their work into one deliverable. It is in Beta. You assign roles — such as lead, researcher, builder, analyst, QA, and reviewer — pick a model for each role, and LettiB merges the role outputs into a single result you can refine or hand off.
How do I use Group Synthesis?+
Give several AIs different jobs on the same task, then merge their work into one deliverable. Group Synthesis is in Beta. 1. Sign in. Open Group Synthesis from the desktop sidebar (Beta badge) or, on phone, More → Group Synthesis. Logged-out visits to /group-synthesis redirect to /features/group-synthesis. 2. Write one brief in “What should the team build or design?” Every role gets that same brief. Optionally set Tone and a Project. 3. Assign roles. Defaults include lead, researcher, builder, analyst, QA, and reviewer. Toggle roles on or off (minimum 2 active). Pick a model for each role. The reviewer row is marked “merges.” Role instructions are editable in Settings. The same model can hold more than one role. If no models appear, connect an API key in Settings or use managed credits. 4. Click Run Group Synthesis. A cost preview shows before you run when enough roles are active. 5. Watch Role output, then the Final deliverable (the reviewer merge). You can Refine this answer, use Me-Mic (“Rewrite so it sounds like you.”), Copy All, Prepare for Cursor, open History, or start a New Run.
How is Group Synthesis different from compare-only tools?+
Compare-only tools send the same prompt to many models and stop at a side-by-side readout. Group Synthesis assigns different jobs, then merges those contributions into one deliverable. LettiB still has side-by-side compare and a separate Synthesis step for one-prompt, many-model runs. Ask once. Get one best answer.
What is Me-Mic?+
Me-Mic rewrites any LettiB output in your own writing voice from a writing sample saved in Settings → Me-Mic. The control in the product is labeled “Rewrite so it sounds like you.” The original answer is kept so you can switch back. Me-Mic is not an AI-detection tool.
How do I use Me-Mic?+
Rewrites any LettiB output in your own writing voice from a writing sample saved in Settings → Me-Mic. It is for people who want a Compare, Synthesis, Group Chat, or Group Synthesis draft to read like their own writing — emails, docs, and client-facing notes — without pasting the same style instructions into every prompt. 1. Go to Settings → Me-Mic and paste a sample of your own writing. 2. When you see “Rewrite so it sounds like you.” on a Compare, Synthesis, Group Chat, or Group Synthesis output, use it. 3. The original answer is kept so you can switch back. Me-Mic is not an AI-detection tool.
How do credits work?+
Free, Pro, and Power include monthly managed credits so you can start without API keys. Pricing lists Free as 300 credits/month — about 30 chat messages or 6 compare runs; Pro as 15,000 credits/month — about 1,500 chat messages or 75 compare runs; Power as 35,000 credits/month — about 3,500 chat messages or 175 compare runs. Credit packs on Pricing are $10 → 10,000 credits; $25 → 25,000 credits; $49 → 49,000 credits. Purchased credits never expire. Connect your own key for unlimited use. For anything not listed here, check Pricing / Settings rather than guessing.
Do I have to bring my own API keys?+
No. Free, Pro, and Power include monthly credits so you can start immediately. Bring your own keys anytime for full control and provider-direct billing — or choose Lifetime BYOK for unlimited usage with your own keys. Keys are encrypted in Supabase Vault and never transmitted to your browser after saving.
How do projects and Project Memory work?+
Project folders group chats, compares, and syntheses by project. Search everything. Project Memory: goals, decisions, preferences, and facts accumulate automatically — so every new prompt starts smarter. Free includes 5 projects and 7-day history. Pro and above include unlimited projects, Project Memory, and unlimited history & search. Check Pricing / Settings if a limit is not listed here.

Is my data private?+
Yes. Your keys are encrypted in Supabase Vault. We never train on your conversations. You own everything you create — export, delete, or leave anytime. Full legal detail is on the Privacy Policy.
Which AI providers are supported?+
OpenAI (GPT-5.x), Anthropic (Claude Sonnet & Opus), Google (Gemini), Groq, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and xAI (Grok). Custom OpenAI-compatible endpoints work too. Check Settings for the models available on your account.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Pro and Power are month-to-month — cancel from the billing portal anytime. Lifetime BYOK is a one-time purchase with no renewals. This help cannot cancel a plan or change billing. Email support if you need a person.
How do I get started?+
On lettib.com click Start Free — No Credit Card (or Sign in). Create an account at /signup with name, email, and password. The Free plan includes monthly credits and never expires — no API keys required to start. After you sign in, the dashboard tiles include New Chat, Run Compare, Group Chat, Group Synthesis, New Project, and Me-mic. Optional plan deep links: /signup?plan=pro, /signup?plan=power, /signup?plan=lifetime.

Compare is the starting point. Group Synthesis and Me-Mic are how a pile of model output becomes one piece of work in your voice.
How do I use Chat?+
Sign in and open Chat from the sidebar, More on phone, or the dashboard “New Chat” tile (“Start a conversation”). Pick a model and optional Project and Tone. The prompt box says “Ask anything… (⌘Enter to send).” Chat is a single-model conversation, not a side-by-side compare.
How do I use Group Chat?+
Group Chat is in Beta. Open it from the sidebar, More on phone, or the dashboard tile (“Conduct a multi-model thread”). Optionally load an AI Team or pick models (2–6; order matters), set a Project, then “Ask the group…”. Conversation styles in the UI: Discussion, Collaborative, Brainstorming, Creative. Models reply in order. If no models appear, connect an API key in Settings or wait for managed keys to load.
What is Manual Compare?+
Manual Compare is a separate workspace in the desktop sidebar and on phone under More. It is not the same as Compare (New). Use Compare for one prompt across selected models in parallel. If Manual Compare behavior is not listed here, check the in-app page or email support.
What are Custom AI Teams?+
Custom AI Teams is listed on the Power plan (and Lifetime BYOK includes everything in Power). In-app, open Teams from the sidebar or More. The page title is AI Teams. Click New Team, or Generate starter teams if you have at least 2 connected API keys in Settings. You can also Create manually. Teams can be loaded as an optional AI Team preset in Compare and Group Chat. Connect API keys in Settings first if you see “Connect at least 2 API keys in Settings to create AI Teams.”
How do shareable synthesis links work?+
Shareable synthesis links are a Power feature (also on Lifetime BYOK). On a synthesis, click Share. Anyone with the link can view — no sign-in required. Toggle Public / Private. Public: “Link is live — anyone with it can view.” Private: “Only you can see this synthesis.” Use Generate share link, then Copy. Free and Pro see: “Shareable links are a Power feature. Upgrade to Power or Lifetime to share synthesis results.” This help cannot create or revoke links for you.
How do I search my work?+
Pro and above include unlimited history & search (Free is 7-day history). In the app header, search or press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K. The command palette placeholder is “Search projects, conversations, syntheses…”. Results group as Project, Conversation, and Synthesis. Open /search?q=… to see the full list. Project folders also have an in-list search on the Projects page (all / pinned / archived).
Where do I find Settings, keys, billing, and Me-Mic?+
Open Settings from the sidebar or the phone Settings tab. Tabs: Account (display name, email), API Keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Perplexity, Custom; plus Integrations / Notion), Me-mic (paste a writing sample and Save voice), Alerts (toast when rolling 30-day spend crosses a multiple; default $10), Subscription (plans, credit packs, billing), Privacy (account deletion during beta — Contact support; the Delete button is disabled). Billing portal / cancel: Settings → Subscription, or the billing portal mentioned on Pricing. Usage (spend and credits) is a separate sidebar item, also under More on phone.
How is LettiB different from Aymo?+
Aymo aggregates models. LettiB aggregates models and synthesizes them. Aymo shows you multiple answers; LettiB creates one merged best answer. LettiB's Free tier also works immediately with managed credits — no API key setup required.
